A Lover's Confession

A thousand thoughts,
I want to say.
I never felt before,
What I feel today.
About you,
I dream away.
But we have just met,
Tell me its okey.

What happens next?
You can never say.
Tomorrow never comes,
Just live for today.
This is the moment,
Please don’t go away.
Just know that I love you,
If you don’t, that’s okey.

A New Day

A thunderstorm came this way,
A tree fell tonight.
A cow died under it,
And a nest was broken by.
A house was blown a mile away,
A beggar froze to death.
A child shivered to its end,
As the old grand ma cried.

Lightless lamp, noisy gate,
Scattered food, empty plate.
Shattered house, broken nest,
Torn blanket is all we get.
A tight lip, a shaking hand,
Restless eyes with fear of death.
A heart praying again and again,
“Oh God! Not again!!”

One hope still stands by,
Tomorrow the sun will shine.
The only candle that survived,
Will lighten all the lives.
The golden rays will make their way,
To this street of sorrow and pain.
Tearing the heart of darkness,
Giving strength to life again.

Surly, the New Day won’t be the same.

Cry Of An Afgan Soul

I wander everyday, I wander everyday.
From sand to clay,
From night to day,
I wander everyday, I wander everyday.

I see no women on streets,
No child plays in fields,
No melody heard in springs,
I see no kite with strings.

I see the devil dancing,
Smell the bomb blasting,
Here the people groaning,
I see no one smiling.

I see no trust in fate,
Friendship has closed its gate,
Love has lost its weight,
I see all hearts filled with hate.

I see peace making its way,
Love may shine one day,
Till then, only hope makes me gay,
I wander everyday, I wander everyday.

What's Love?

What's Love?
A very difficult question,
Which has no complete answer.

It's a feeling,
A feeling of concern,
Of care and affection,
Of pain for others.

It's a wonderful feeling,
Which can't be expressed in words.

It's not just between two individuals,
It's for everyone,
It's friendship,
It's fun.

It is not bound to us,
From the depth of heart, it automatically comes.

Love is a gift of God,
Love is life,
Live it,
Love it.

A Tough Task

One day I was sent to deliver a lecture,
In a class as a B.Ed. teacher.
Before entering the class, I was a little tightened,
But inside the class, they made me much more frightened.

The noise was loud,
On my table, there was a crowd.
And the silly questions they asked,
Made me run away at last.

On that very day, I left that station,
And refused the degree of Bachelor of Education.
